BUYING CLUB: Sockeye Salmon Share, Fillets

This Buying Club Sockeye Salmon Share consists of all fillets. Fillets are a whole side of salmon, averaging 1.3 pounds each, and are larger than our portions.

With this Buying Club order you commit to your portion of the order before our fishing season and we ship the bulk order to your Group Coordinator once our season is over. Buying Club orders need to be arranged prior to payment and must be 150lbs or greater shipped to the same address.

Wild and sustainable, your Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Share is bled, filleted, deboned of pin bones, vacuum packed and flash frozen. Your salmon is the “A Grade” fish picked off the top of the whole run.

Once your Buying Club Salmon Share is ready we set up a shipping date with the Group Coordinator. Salmon Shares begin shipping end of August or beginning of September and ship overnight via Fed Ex or UPS. It is packaged in an insulated shipping container with gel packs or dry ice to ensure your fish arrives frozen. Your order will arrive No Signature Required between late morning and early evening. Your Group Coordinator will receive a tracking number via email once your shipment is on its way.

It is the responsibility of your group to weigh and separate each order from the bulk shipment. Your order is packaged to stay cold for about 36 hours. With this in mind, please realize that a large, frozen shipment also comes with the responsibility of having enough freezer space or a cool area to take care of the order once it arrives, until everyone from your group can pickup their order. If this sounds like too much, then order a Pre-Season Seafood Share instead of a Buying Club Share.
